We offer a range of therapeutic, educational and confidence building group work programmes for women who have experienced, or are at risk of experiencing, violence and abuse.
This course is designed to teach women the skills to understand abuse and make sense of their lives and move forward with hope and positivity. It can be delivered online or in-person course to help women who have been subjected to abuse and trauma to regain ownership of their lives.
This course is a safe and supportive space for women to grow in confidence and self-belief. Together, we explore life experiences, understand the different ways abuse can impact us, and celebrate the strength and resilience each woman carries. It’s about recognising your power and supporting you as you make positive changes for yourself and your future.
This course supports and empowers mothers who have experienced domestic abuse. You will explore the challenges and strengths of being a parent, while focusing on the needs and wellbeing of children and young people who have lived through these experiences.
Our Coffee Mornings and Craft n Chatter run on alternate weeks. These groups are supported by our volunteers, and allow our service users to create social connections and find support in each other.
We also offer a range of activities to reduce isolation and improve their wellbeing and confidence. Recent groups have included fishing trips and creative workshops with photography.
