Staffordshire Women’s Aid is run by a team of staff and volunteers who are passionate about ending Domestic Violence, Sexual Violence and Violence Against Women and Girls.

Please be aware that as a local charity we do not have the capacity to provide feedback on applications that are not selected for interview.

We are committed to ensuring that individuals subjected to any form of violence against women and girls are involved at every level of our organisation. Therefore, we welcome applications from individuals with lived experience of violence and abuse who also meet the person specification, so we can work together to amplify survivors’ voices and ensure our organisation is user centred.

FUNDING & PARTNERSHIPS OFFICER (FEMALE)

Staffordshire Women’s Aid is looking for a motivated individual with experience in fundraising and partnership development to help grow and sustain our vital services.

Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £28,374 – £29,520 per annum
Location:  SWA Women’s Centre, Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford

OPERATIONS MANAGER (FEMALE)

Staffordshire Women’s Aid is looking for an experienced and values-driven Operations Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in the next chapter of our organisation.

We’re looking for someone with substantial experience of strategic and operational leadership, a strong understanding of safe and trauma-informed services, excellent people management skills and a genuine commitment to empowering women and children affected by violence and abuse.

Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £44,774 – £47,125 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience
Location:  SWA Women’s Centre, Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford

REFUGE HOUSEKEEPER (FEMALE)

Staffordshire Women’s Aid is looking for a Refuge Housekeeper to join our team at ForWard House Refuge in Stafford.

Hours: 20 hours per week (worked over 3 weekdays)
Salary: £25,3878 pro rata    Actual: £13,988 per annum
Location:  ForWard House Refuge, Stafford
