Staffordshire Women’s Aid is run by a team of staff and volunteers who are passionate about ending Domestic Violence, Sexual Violence and Violence Against Women and Girls.

Please be aware that as a local charity we do not have the capacity to provide feedback on applications that are not selected for interview.

We are committed to ensuring that individuals subjected to any form of violence against women and girls are involved at every level of our organisation. Therefore, we welcome applications from individuals with lived experience of violence and abuse who also meet the person specification, so we can work together to amplify survivors’ voices and ensure our organisation is user centred.

MALE INDEPENDENT SEXUAL VIOLENCE ADVISOR (ISVA)

We are currently recruiting for a Male Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA). As part of our Survive service you will provide a high quality, victim/survivor-focused and trauma informed advocacy and advice service to survivors who have been subjected to sexual abuse, sexual exploitation and/or sexual coercion who reside in Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent.
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £27,817 – £29,520 per annum
Term: 12 months Fixed Term contract (with possibility of extension, subject to further funding)
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
